Alicia M. Bailey is a Christian Minister, Gospel Recording Artist, Songwriter, Author, Educator, Motivational Speaker, and Philanthropist. "The Legacy Foundation for Women is dear to my heart because like many girls of color" she says, "I did not grow-up in the best neighborhood, but because of a dedicated family, friends, and community leaders that paid-it forward and invested in me, I was given some amazing opportunities". As a result, she started "The Legacy Foundation for Women" to inspire and invest in the lives of women and girls of color just like her through scholarships and education, awards recognition, mentor programs, health development, and humanitarian efforts.Â
